That’s why our customer service isn’t a call centre or a faceless email address. It’s us — real people who care about getting things right for you.

When you get in touch, you’ll be speaking to someone who genuinely wants to help (and probably has a coffee or tea in hand, just like you). We don’t believe in scripts or hard sales. We just listen, figure out what you need, and give honest advice to make sure you end up with furniture that fits your space and your style.

Meet some of our important team below;

Manjit Singh - Director

Mr Singh founded Order Office Furniture in late 2011 with a vision to supply quality executive office furniture across the UK. What began with a focus on traditional styles has since evolved into a diverse collection that blends timeless design with modern trends. With a keen eye for spotting what’s next, Mr Singh carefully sources a wide and unique range of furniture while staying true to the values he set out with from day one.

Running the company day-to-day, he oversees everything from imports and logistics to customer service, ensuring the business runs like a well-oiled machine. With over 40 years of experience in furniture sales — and a famously jolly sense of humour — Mr Singh is not only a well-known figure in Huddersfield but also a firm favourite among customers.

Jyoti Aujla - General Manager

The newest member of the office team, Jyoti joined Order Office Furniture in 2024 and quickly became an invaluable part of the business. With a real passion for customer service, she spends her days helping customers through phone, email, and live chat — always with patience and a smile.

It didn’t take long for Jyoti to make her mark. Within her first year, she developed a forward-thinking plan for growth and expansion, which has already been shaping the company’s direction since early 2025. Her skills and fresh perspective have brought a much-needed boost to the team, and we can’t imagine the business without her.

Outside of work, Jyoti loves going on long walks, watching the latest documentaries, and (like many of us) spending a little too much time on TikTok!

Jack Stewart - Sales Manager

Jack first joined Order Office Furniture back in 2014 as an apprentice, fresh out of college with an IT qualification. After completing his apprenticeship, he was offered a full-time role — and he’s been a key part of the team ever since. Over the years, Jack has built a reputation for being the go-to problem solver, with a knack for finding solutions to those tricky situations every business comes across from time to time.

With a genuine passion for the office furniture industry, Jack has become our very own "Jack of all trades." From handling phone and sales enquiries to adding new products online, maintaining the website, helping out in the showroom, and overseeing purchasing, Jack’s role is as varied as it is vital.

When he’s not keeping things running smoothly, you’ll usually find Jack watching football — especially cheering on his beloved Huddersfield Town or relaxing with his partner.

Lee - Joiner and Logistics

Lee joined Order Office Furniture back in 2013 and has been a key part of the team ever since. Known for his quick wit and light-hearted humour, he’s well-loved by both colleagues and customers alike.

A true perfectionist, Lee takes pride in making sure every job is done properly — no shortcuts, no half-measures. Over the years, he’s gained a wealth of experience working with executive office furniture and has become something of an expert when it comes to building and assembling. In fact, he often jokes that he could do it in his sleep!

When Lee takes time off, you'll find him spending time with his family or going for long bike rides around Huddersfield.

Michael - Joiner and Logistics

Michael joined Order Office Furniture in 2015 and wasted no time in showing his skills and dedication. It didn’t take long for him to earn the nickname “The Chairman” — thanks to his expertise with our executive office chairs. From taking them apart and putting them back together to diagnosing issues and carrying out repairs, Michael knows these chairs inside and out.

But his knowledge doesn’t stop there. Michael is also highly experienced with our full furniture range, assembling pieces with ease and, on occasion, guiding customers through the trickier builds when they decide to tackle installation themselves. Reliable, skilled, and always ready to help, Michael is a hugely valued member of the team.

In his off time, you'll find Michael spending time with his family, and watching Liverpool Football Club.

Dion - Joiner and Warehouse

Joining Order Office Furniture in 2025, Dion quickly became an essential part of the team. He plays a key role in making sure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

With his “dive right in” attitude, Dion has also been learning the ins and outs of assembling our executive office furniture — a big help during those busy times when orders come flooding in.

Outside of work, Dion enjoys spending time with his family and, like the rest of us, looks forward to a well-earned weekend.
