Ordering

I want a corner desk, do I choose Left or Right?

For our executive office furntiure range. If the product has an option for Left or Right. This means the return is universal and can be built eitherway. In this case, please select which side you want the return on as you're sat at the desk.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel once it has been processed.

Should the item(s) not work out, you can return for a refund. More details can be seen in our Return Policy - Return Policy

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too!

Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback.

We aim to get back to customers as soon as possible.

The standard response time is usually as low as 1 hour or as high as 24 hours. Depending on how busy we are.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship all around the UK. Northern Ireland & some rural areas do incur additional delivery surcharges.

We also ship into Europe and Ireland. We deal with multiple shipping companies and bespoke quotes can provided on request. Please note that we're only able to send items if you can provide a 'EORI Registration Number' for the destined country.

For Example,

Ireland - XI
Netherlands - NL
France - FR

And so on.

Which courier do you use?

For our executive office furniture. We aim to deliver with our own delivery team. The team will contact you a day before delivery with an ETA and also give you a courtesy call and/or SMS on the day too.

On the rare occasions we're unable to deliver with our own vans. We use a few couriers such as Parcelforce, Royal Mail and Palletways.

How long will it take to receive my order?

On each product, you'll find a lead time. This a good general guideline for how long it will take to receive your item(s).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
